Here's a crazy productivity hack for you: I prepare 9 out of 10 of my meals in advance. This allows me to plan my meals, making sure I get healthy, varied, and lean food. This part is super important because not only does it give me more energy and better sleep, but it also makes me much more productive during the week when I don't have to worry about making food and leaving little dishes to clean up afterwards.
